Parties are present through their Ld. Agents.

Today is fixed for reporting by D/hr.

On behalf of the D/hr., Ld. Agent by filing a petition, has reported that the D/hr. has already received necessary duplicate document i.e. Registration Certificate from the RTO, Cooch Behar as per Final Order dated 11.05.16.  At present, the D/hr. has no allegation against the J/dr., for which the D/hr. is not interested to proceed with this Execution Proceeding and praying for dropping this Execution Case.

Heard both the Ld. Agents.

Considering the prayer of the D/hr. and the facts and circumstances of this Execution, we do not find any justification to proceed with the Execution Case further.

Hence, it is ordered that the Execution be and the same is hereby dropped with full satisfaction.
