One put up ptn. has filed by Ld. Adv. for Dhrand op has no objection in this regard. Both the parties have settled the dispute out of the Forum and the op is ready to comply the condition for transfering the name of the previous woner that is prasPrantosh Das by chenging the name of Sanu sSarkar that is compt. and the op is also ready before the RTO office for Registration in the name if cinot. Now the compt. is not willing to proceed with the case as they have settled the mater with the op.

  Hence the case is dropped without granting compensation.
