Heard Mr. P. Mukherjee, learned counsel , appearing for the appellant and also heard Mr. P. K. Nath, respondent in person.

            This is an application for condonation of delay for 207 days in filling the appeal. We have perused the ground stated in the application for condonation of delay as well as the objection of the respondent. Considering the entire matter, we have decided to condone the delay with a cost of Rs. 3000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent before the next date. Hence, the delay is condoned.

            In view of the above, misc case stands disposed.
