The Ld. Counsel for the complainant is present. The complainant is also present in person. Today is fixed for admission hearing of this complaint.

At the very outset the Ld. Counsel for the complainant has stated by filing a petition that the petition of complaint suffers from some defects, which is necessary to be rectified.

Upon perusal of the petition filed today by the complainant we are also of the view that as the complainant is seeking time by filing a petition praying for removal of some defects as cropped up in the complaint petition, let the complaint be dismissed without being admitted, subject to providing liberty to the complainant to file afresh after removal of the defects in the petition of complaint

Hence, it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being No. 377/2021 is hereby dismissed without being admitted there are no order as to cost.

As the complaint is not admitted the complainant is at liberty to submit separate application for getting return the copy of the complaint petition as also the copies of the related documents as filed by him at the time of filing this complaint before the appropriate authority of this Ld. Commission. The Ld. Commission is hereby directed to take necessary steps upon receipt of the said application from the complainant so that the complainant can get return of the aforementioned without any further delay.

Let plaint copy of this order be supplied to the party/parties free of cost as per CPR.
