In the result, the complaint is partly allowed against Ops.1 to 3.  Ops.1 to 3 are directed to register plot no.122 measuring extent 200 sq.yards in scheme schedule land bearing sy.nos.157/A, 157/AA, 158/A, 158/AA, 159/AA, 159/AA1 & 159/EE of Atmakur village and mandal, Mahabubnagar District in favour of the complainant by receiving the balance amount of Rs.3,100/- and also pay Rs.500/- towards the costs of proceedings within one month from the date of communication of this order. The rest of the claims of the complainant are disallowed.  The complaint against OP.No.5 is dismissed without costs.  The complaint against OP.No.4 was already dismissed for not taking steps.
