The complainant Sri Chandan Debnath and the O.P., Sri Pijush Kanti Chakraborty, Advocate are present.

It has been reported by both the Hon'ble Members that the dispute which had arisen between the complainant and the O.P. has been amicably settled as per the terms of settlement arrived at between the complainant and the O.P. The terms of settlement refers to the previous order dated 26.04.19. 

As per the terms of the settlement the O.P. Pijush Kanti Chakraborty has paid Rs.57,000/- to the complainant today.  

The complainant has acknowledged  in writing the receipt of the amount of Rs.57,000/- from the O.P. 

The complainant has stated before us that he is satisfied with the terms of compromise and he is not interested to proceed further with the case. 

We also talked to the O.P. Sri Pijush Kanti Chakraborty. He too is happy with the terms of the compromise. 

Keep the written acknowledgment  given by the complainant, Sri Chandan Debnath with the case record. This will be treated as a part of the record.  

With this order this case stands disposed of on compromise.
