The report is filed by the Advocate Commissioner Sudeshna Das along with copy of IGR. It is submitted by the Ld. Pleader Commissioner that execution and registration of sale deed in respect of property in suit have already been done.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant and Ld. Advocate of OP 1 also concede to such submission of the Pleader Commissioner. The Ld. Advocate of the complainant submits that she does not want to proceed with the case as the grievance of the complainant has already been met up.

A perusal of the material available on record reveals that only for getting direction upon the Ops for execution and registration of sale deed in respect of property in suit, this case was filed on 22.02.2021. No other substantial prayer was incorporated in the body of the main petition.

Be that as it may, Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to cause appearance of the complainant before this Commission on 30.11.2022.

The Miscellaneous Application which is pending disposal calls for no action and hence rejected.

The Ld. Pleader Commissioner is discharged from the obligation imposed upon her in connection with this case.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
