Attendance file by the complainant.Heard the complainant on the point of admission . Perused the case record ,relevant document’s and office note. From it’s perusal it’s transpires that this is the case of payment of Rs 1,88,00,000 /- by the complainant to the builder for purchasing a flat which is out of pecuniary jurisdiction of this state commission .

                                                                                                                              As such this commision cannot proceed further in this case due to lack of pecuniary jurisdiction .

                                   Accordingly this case is disposed of however the complainant is at liberty to file his case afresh before the appropriate commission and the period of limitation for filing a case is relaxed for the period of tedency before this forum . Let this order be communicated to the complainant for information and needful by giving free copy of this order to him . Office is directed to keep the record in the record room
