Heard Mr. R. Dutta, learned counsel, appears for the appellant. None appears for the respondent.

            This appeal was filed against the order dated 26/8/2014 passed by the District Forum, Jorhat, in C.P. A. case no. 30/12.

During the pendency of the appeal, an application dated 13/2/2015 is filed by the appellant, namely, Jorhat Christian Medical Centre through its Superintendent with verification.  By this application the appellant has prayed for allowing to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the dispute between the parties are being settled amicably outside the Commission.

            We have perused the application and also heard the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

            In view of the above, this appeal is dismissed on withdrawal.

            Statutory amount of Rs. 15,115/- deposited by the appellant shall be returned to the appellant or their authorised agent, on being identified by a counsel known to the Commission.

            Send back the original record along with a copy of this order to the District Forum.
