BEFORE THE LOK-ADALATH

Settlement memo filed and arrived for settlement for Rs.1,84,000/- out of which Rs. 1,10,514/- is deposited before this Commission is payable to the Respondent and balance amount of Rs.73,486/- is payable in three instalments within 31.12.2022 i.e., on 21.11.2022, 15.12.2022 and 31.12.2022. 

Office is directed to release amount in deposit in favour of respondent after obtaining proper identification.

In view of settlement, the appeal is dismissed.
