Today is fixed for hearing of the MA being No. 38/2022.
Ld. Advocate of the complainant is present. But none appears on behalf of the Ops.
The MA is taken up for hearing in the absence of the Ops.
After hearing the Ld. Advocate and perusing the material available on record inclusive of the MA being No. 38/2022 we find reason to say that the complainant has got prima facie case to go for trial and that he is entitled to an order of injunction pendente lite.
There will be an order directing all the parties to this case to maintain status-quo in respect to the property in question till the disposal of this case.
The MA being No. 38/2022 is thus disposed of.

Later,
Ld. Advocate appearing for the OP 1 files W/V.
The order passed in the wee hour relating to OP 1 stands modified to that extent.
