Complainant files hajira through Ld. Lawyer and present in person. The Ld. Lawyer for the complainant files two photographs with list of documents. the case is taken up for admission hearing. Perused the petition of complaint and annexures. Heard the submission of the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant. We find from annexure-I i.e. agreement for sale was made on 15^th March 2014 between the complainants and Opposite parties and from annexure 2 i.e. deed of conveyance we find that it was registered on 26/11/2014 vide deed no. 8351.

So we find that the cause of action for filing the present petition arose  on 26/11/2014 but the complainants  has filed this case on 13/02/2017 after expiry of limitation period of two years as per provision of C.P.Act 1986. So, we find and hold that the case is not maintainable and we are declined to admit the case. Hence the case/petition of complaint is rejected and disposed of. Let plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant/agent/Ld. lawyer on proper acknowledgement. Original documents if filed be returned back with proper receipt.
