Today is fixed for admission hearing.

None appears for the complainant but a petition supported by affidavit has been filed by the complainant in which it is stated in categorical terms that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled outside the Court. In these circumstances the complainant is no longer interested to proceed so far as the instant C.C. case is concerned. In view of the above the Commission is of the opinion that there is no use for making any further proceeding in this case.

Hence, the instant C.C. case no. 93 of 2024 stands dropped.
