Considered.
Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the order dated 06.10.2023 passed by the Ld. DCDRC, Nadia at Krishnanagar in CC case no. 87/2023 the Revisionist/Petitioners/OPs preferred this Revision Petition.
It appears from the impugned order that the OPs concerned did not take any step so the case proceeded ex parte against them. As the Respondents/OPs are willing to contest the case we are of the view that an opportunity should be given to them to do the needful.
Under these circumstances, both the parties are directed to appear before the Ld. DCDRC, Nadia at Krishnanagar on 26.09.2024. The Respondents/OPs are at liberty to file written version on that date.
After filing the same the Ld. Forum below shall dispose of the matter in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of being heard to all of them as early as possible.
Hence, the RP being no.30/2024 stands disposed of.
Note accordingly.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the Ld. Forum below.
