This Case Record Has Been Placed Before The Ld. Judges Of Monthly Upobhokta Lok Adalat Which Is Held Today.

Both Sides And Their Ld. Lawyers Are Found Ready.  Heard And Considered Submission.

After Elaborate Discussion It Is Settled That The Disputes Of This Case Have Been Settled At Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) Only And This Amount Is To Be Paid In Four Installments Out Of Which, 1st Installment Is To Be Paid Within 10th November, 2022, 2nd Installment Is To Be Paid Within 10th December, 2022, , 3rd  Installment Is To Be Paid Within 10th January, 2023, And Final Installment Is To Be Paid Within 10th February, 2023.

All These Installments Amount Are To Be Handed Over In Bank Draft Of Nationalized Bank Amounting To Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) Each In Favour Of The Complainant Sri Sambhunath Karmakar.

In The Light Of The Observation Made Above This Case Being No.CC/92 Of 2017 Is Settled.

In The Event Of Failure Of Payment By The Opposite Party, The Complainant Is Given Liberty To Execute This Settlement Order As Per Law.

Let A Copy Of This Order Be Handed Over To Both Sides At Free Of Cost.
