Order dtd. 11.12.2021

          Parties and their ld Advocates are present before the Lok Adalat presided over by Sri Asish Deb, President, DCDRC, Purba Medinipur, Sri Saurav Chandra, Member DCDRC and Sri Himanshu Sekhar Samanta, Ld. Advocate. After hearing both sides it is settled that OP, Manas Ranjan Nayek would supply 30000 (thirty thousand) number of bricks by 28^th February 2022 and the rest 30000 (thirty thousand) number of bricks by 31^st March 2022 out of total dues of 60000 (sixty thousand) number of bricks. It is further settled that the complainant will bear the carrying charge of the bricks.

          Thus the case stands disposed of today.
