Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. He moves the matter of Admission hearing. We have gone through the averments made in the complaint. It appears that the dispute between the parties has arisen out of Landlord and tenant relationship. The Complainant is not a Consumer within the meaning of Section 2(7) of the C P Act-2019. The landlord is not a service provider within the purview of the said Act. We do not find any prima facie case. The case is liable to be dismissed as not admitted.
