ORDER

ORDER DATE-30/10/1996. The respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3302-80 being the cost of the wastage of the honey along with 18% interest P.A. over the said amount from 14-8-95 upto the date of recovery. It is further directed that the respondent do pay a sum of Rs.300 being the cost of this proceedings and 500 towards the damages for having caused the inconnevieance to the cjomplainant society.
