This is an appeal filed by the Appellants/Opposite parties herein seeking to set aside the orders dated 17.11.2014 passed in CC No.24/2013 by the District Consumer Forum-I, Hyderabad and consequently to allow the appeal.
2. Counsel for the Appellant present and filed a memo to the effect that the Appellant paid an amount of Rs.27,000/- (Rupees twenty seven thousand only) towards full and final settlement of the case to the Respondent/Complainant and accordingly prayed to record the same.
