ORDER

The complaint is partly allowed against OP.1.  OP.No.1 is directed to refund Rs.24,700/- together with interest thereon at 18% p.a. from 25/02/2005 till date of payment and also pay Rs.500/- towards cost of proceedings to the complainant within one month from the date of communication of this order.  The rest of the claims of complainant are disallowed.  The complaint was already dismissed against OPs.2 & 4 as not pressed.  The complaint is dismissed against OP.No.5 who shall bear his own cost.
