The 2nd O.P. is in person submits that the management committee has been superseded and an administrator in its place is appointed and therefore he is u concerned to this complaint. We find truth that the second O.P. is not a necessary party under these circumstances. Therefore, the complainant may file a fresh complaint against the administrator by preparing a fresh complaint to suit the grievance of the complainant with a modified prayer if warranted. hence the complaint is closed as not pressed with a liberty to the complainant to file a fresh complaint against the administrator by making a necessary changes.
