Opposite party represented and filed an application stating winding up order of the opposite party company has been passed and an official liquidator has been appointed as per order of Hon’ble High Court. Complainant also submitted that the matter has to be transferred to official liquidator. In view of the above submissions we find that the forum lacks jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Hence complaint disposed of accordingly and the complainant directed to approach the official liquidator for relief.
