On 16.05.2018 the Dhr has filed this application praying for passing a strict order directing the Jdr for compliance of the order under execution. Today the Dhr has put endorsement as not pressed on the margin of the said application. Due to such endorsement the MA 141/2018 is hereby dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.
Be it mentioned that while the Dhr has filed the instant Execution application for compliance of the order under execution. The instant application being MA 141/2018 has no legs to stand upon as in the said application same prayer is made by the Dhr; hence it is order that the MA being no- 141/2018 is hereby dismissed due to non-prosecution.
Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
