Mr. P. Bhowmik appears for the petitioner/appellant. Appeal has been preferred against the order dated 10-4-2014 passed by the District Forum, Bongaigaon in Money Execution Case No. 1/13 arising out of Judgment and Order dated 28-12-2001 passed in Consumer Case No. 8/94.

            According to the appellant, there is a delay of 11 days in preferring the appeal. Hence, petition for condonation of delay has been made.

            Perused the petition. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant. Considering that the delay is only for 11 days, we are inclined to accept the petition for condonation of delay. It is allowed.

            Misc Case stands disposed.
