The impugned Judgement dt. 14.07.2017, passed by DCDRC, Kolkata Unit-III, Alipur in Consumer Complaint Case No. 479/2016 allowing the Consumer Complaint Case No. 479/2016, on contest, against the OP No.5 and ex-parte against the OP Nos. 1 to 4, is upheld.
Order of stay, if there is any, in connection with the present appeal stands vacated.
Let a copy of this Order be sent to the DCDRC, Kolkata Unit-III, Alipur for information and necessary action.
