Complainant absent. Advocate for complainant absent. Advocate for opposite No-1 not present and objected for giving further more time as complaint is not stating interest in the progress of this case. In view of the submission we have gone thrugh the order sheet of previous hearing dates. it is true that complainant remained absent and his advocate also remained absent on most of all the hearing dates. As such we are of the view that it is prper to dismiss this complait for default as complaint not showing interest i.e, profess of thi case in spite of sufficient time granted to him. hence this complaint is dismissed for default and non prosecution.
