Heard Ms. N.Talukdar, learned counsel, appearing  for the petitioner in the  Misc case for condonation of delay. Pursuant to notice issued  from Commission, Ms. A. Begul has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr  N. Baruah has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No.2.

                This petition is filed for condonation of delay of 14 days in preferring  the  connected appeal. We have perused the grounds stated in para 2,3,4 and 5 in the petition and we are satisfied  that the petitioner  was prevented from filing the  connected appeal in time, therefore, the delay of 14 days  is hereby condoned.

                  Misc case stands disposed. In view of the order passed  in this Misc Case , Registry shall allot a number  to the pending  appeal and the same shall  be listed for  admission  on 27-09-2013.

                  As the counsels have entered  appearance on behalf of respondent nos.1  and 2 in this Misc Case, they shall also be treated as counsels for the respondent in the main appeal therefore, there is  no need  to file fresh vakalatnama.
