Ld. Advocates for Appellant, Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 4 are present.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/579/2017 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Appellant has prayed for amendment of addresses in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in the cause title of the Memo of Appeal.  Having heard the Ld. Advocates appearing and on perusal of the papers on record we allow the Misc. Application.  Let the addresses of the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 be amended in the cause title of the Memo of Appeal in terms of the schedule given in the said Misc. Application.  Bench Clerk is directed to do the needful.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.  The Appellant is directed to file amended version of the Memo of Appeal forthwith.

Fix 3.8.2017 for filing amended version of the Memo of Appeal by the Appellant.  Interim order of stay already passed will continue till the next date.
