Petitioner was the opposite party no.2 before the District Forum.

          Petitioner entered into appearance before the District Forum but did not file the Written Statement inspite of sufficient time granted to it.  The State Commission has drawn the inference that since the petitioner and respondent no. 3 did not file the Written Statement,

they accepted to reimburse the loss caused by the theft.  The inference drawn by the State Commission, in the given facts and circumstances of the case, is correct.  Revision petition is dismissed.
