The case posted to-day for objection and objection hearing.

The Dhr and Jdr appeared through their respective counsels to-day.

The advocate for the Dhr/Petitioner has filed one petition on Dt.15/02/17 claiming an interest of Rs. 15,049/-(Rupees fifteen thousand forty nine)only over the frizzed amount of Rs.69,500/-(Rupees sixty nine thousand five hundred)only to the account of the Complainant bearing No.11042818028 on the same day i.e. on 15/02/17 the advocate for Jdr No.6 has also filed a memo stating there in that State Bank of India has credited a total amount of Rs. 25,054/-(Rupees twenty five thousand fifty four)only into the account No.11042818028 of the Dhr/Petitioner in competition to the award against it and the advocate for Jdr No.6 has prayed before the forum to dropp the execution case against the State Bank of India including OP No.6.

Both the petition and memo perused to-day and hard the parties on this case. The forum in its order Dt.19/05/2014 in C.D. Case No.15/2012 has categorically directed the OP No.5 to make necessary arrangement towards the release of Rs. 69,500/-(Rupees sixty nine thousand five hundred)only from the account No.20111395222 to the account of the Complainant bearing No. 11042818028. Hence in the execution case, no order can be passed directing the OP No.5/Jdr No.5 to credit the interest of the frizzed amount i.e. Rs.69,500/-(Rupees sixty nine thousand five hundred)only to the account of the Complainant as such there is no provision so. Hence the petition Dt.15/02/17 filed by the Dhr/Petitioner is dismissed and the execution case No. 07/2014 is ordered to be dropped against the StateBank of India including OP No.6/Jdr No.6.

The execution case is disposed off accordingly.
