After negotiation, both the parties agreed that the O.P. Haran Chandra Das shall refund the advance amount of Rs.8,20,000/- along with additional amount of Rs. 1 lakh to the complainant, totalling to Rs. 9,20,000/-. The O.P. Haran Chandra Das shall pay the entire amount in thee equal instalments starting from May, 2022 as soon as possible, which shall be deposited in the court for release in favour of the complainant. Any deviation of the above condition, shall be taken seriously by this Permanent Lok-Adalat and shall take stern measures against the O.P. for defaulting the above conditions. After full payment of the above amount, the registered agreement for Sale Agreement No.266 dated. 07.02.2020 registered at the office of Senior Sub-Registrar, Tinsukia between the complainant and the O.P. shall stand cancelled. Accordingly, parties shall take steps for cancellation of the Sale Agreement No.266 through proper authority.
