          Fixed for filing show cause by decree holder.

          Decree holder is absent without any step.

          Perused the materials on record.

          It appears that Samarendar Nath Mukherjee sole decree holder of this case died on 03.02.2017 ; as such his legal heirs filed application on 22.02.2017 to substitute them in place of Samarendra Nath Mukherjee / decree holder along with photo copy of certificate of death.

          Let it be registered as MISC case  no. 2 of 2018.

          Perused the petition and the death certificate and materials on record.

          We find no impediment to substitute the legal heirs of decree holder in this execution case.

          Hence,

          That the MISC case no. 2 of 2018  filed by legal heirs of decree holder to substitute them in this case as decree holder is hereby allowed.

          Let Smt. Lina Mukherjee, widow, Sa Mukherjee, son, and Chandrima Mukherjee, daughter, be substituted in place of sale decree holder as decree holder 1 (a), (b) & (c).

          Amend the petition of execution.

          Register accordingly.

Thus the MISC Case is hereby disposed of.
