Perused the petition U/Sec. 35 (C) of C.P. Act.

Perused the petition of complaint and the petition U/Sec. 35 (C) of C.P. Act. We have perused the documents, viz., Xerox copies of the Agreement Deeds and the registered Deeds of Conveyances.

It appears that there are 8 consumers having the same interest over the disputed matter regarding providing the car and two-wheeler parking spaces.

It appears that the case files by a representative character as the consumers have common interest.

The petition U/Sec. 35 (C) of the C.P. Act is allowed and the leave as prayed for is accorded.

               That the instant IA/60/2022 is thus disposed off accordingly.
