Even efforts were made to procure the presence of the complainant in person by sending summons since 15.9.2020 till date. But complainant has not appeared. Case called several times. None appeared on behalf of the complainant appeared. Hence, present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
