Learned Advocate for the D.H. has filed memo of appearance but on call he is not found.

From the case record it transpired that the J.D. Sri Goutam Debnath Proprietor of Home Packers and Movers has already deposited the decreetal amount. 

It is reported by the Dealing Assistant that the last two installments amounting Rs.33,646/- which has been deposited by cheque  by the J.D. has been collected and credited in the account of the President, West Tripura, District Forum. 

The D.H. is at liberty  for withdrawal of the amount. 

The J.D. has already complied the judgment passed in case no. CC- 27/2014. There appears no justification to proceed further with the instant Execution Case. 

Hence, the instant Execution Case stands disposed of.
