Today is fixed for hearing ex parte argument  as last chance and to file BNA in the meantime. The complainant is absent on repeated calls and no steps taken on his behalf. It appears from the case record that the complainant is absent without steps since 24.1.2019. The case in the argument stage so this Forum constrained to fix further date for hearing argument but the complainant is absent on 24.1.2019, 26.4.2019, 30.7.2019 and 17.10.2019. So, this Forum is in the opinion that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case as such this Forum has no other alternative except dismiss the case for non-prosecution.

ORDER

Hence it is ordered that the complaint case being no. 104 of 2017 be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution.
