Both the petitioner and the respondent are present.

It is submitted that the matter is amicably settled and the respondent’s side agreed to pay an amount of Rs.200/- as fine for selling a bottle of 2 ltrs. Thump Up in an excess rate.

The complainant has no objection in the matter of compromise.

So, an amount of Rs.200/- is imposed as a fine and the amount is to be paid to the complainant for depositing the same in the appropriate head at Udaipur Office.

Accordingly, the respondent’s side deposited the fine money of Rs.200/- to the complainant.

The complainant is to deposit the amount in the appropriate head through challan and submit a copy of the challan before the Forum.

The case is disposed of accordingly.
