This is an application for stay of the impugned judgment dated 22-5-2012 passed by the District Forum, Goalpara, in C.P. Case No. 2/2006.

            Perused the statements made in the application. Also heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties.

            Considering the statements made in the application and after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is provided that the impugned judgment dated 22-5-2012 passed by the District Forum, Goalpara, in C.P. Case No. 2/2006 shall remain stayed until disposal of the appeal.

            Misc Case is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
