Neither any one appears for the petitioner nor the petitioner cared to remove the defects in filing the petition despite repeated opportunities granted by the Registry for the purpose. Even then, we have examined the legality, correctness of the concurrent findings and the orders passed by the Fora below and in our opinion, the same are quite justified having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and does not suffer from any illegality, material irregularity much less any jurisdictional error which calls for any interference by this Commission. Dismissed.
