          Record is put up for passing order in respect of admission of the Appeal.

          The impugned order has been passed by the Ld. District Forum, South 24 Parganas in EA No. 26/2013 vide No. 12 dated 31.10.2013. It has been stated in the said order that the Jdr., who is the present Appellant has already effected electric connection to the Dhr., i.e., Respondent/Complainant. There are other parts in the final order in Case No. 28/2012 passed by the said Ld. District Forum, namely, litigation cost of Rs.5,000/- and compensation of Rs.5,000/-, which remain still uncomplied. It has also been mentioned in the impugned order that the final order in Case No. 28/2012 has been confirmed by this Commission in FA No. 616/2013.

Accordingly, the order passed by the Ld. District Forum, South 24 Parganas in Case No. 28/2012 reached finality and there is not shown that any appeal has been preferred against the order of this Commission in FA No. 616/2013.

          Thus, there is no scope at all to interfere in the impugned order as passed vide No. 12 dated 31.10.2013 by the Ld. District Forum, South 24 Parganas in EA No. 26/2013. So, the appeal is not entertainable and not admitted and stands rejected.

          Interim order passed in this Appeal vide Order No.1 dated 04.12.2013 stands vacated.
