Complainant as well as OPs absent. Today complainant . has not taken any step for prosecution of his case or verification of order sheets it is seen their in all most all  the dates  the complainant . is absent which seems that he is not interested to prosecute his case. To day no step is taken by him nor he is present before the forum hence this case is dismissed for default on the part of the complainant  due to long absence.
