ORDER

Today is fixed for admission hearing.

            Complainant filed hazira. Heard, perused the Complaint and documents.

            We find that in the presence case allegation regarding criminal offence is come out and the present dispute is not at all a consumer disputes.

            The remedy of the Complaint is elsewhere.

            So, we do not find any prima facie case.

 Accordingly the presence case is not liable to be admitted.

            Hence

                        Ordered, that the CC Case No. 111/2018 be and the same is dismissed for want of prima facie case.

Copy of this order be supplied free of cost.
