Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled out of the court for an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- as full and final settlement. OP also handed over the DD of the settlement amount to the complainant.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
