ORDER

 

Counsel for OP  states that Vehicle in question had been sold and transferred in the name of Third Party i.e. Shah Nawaz Alam.  Complainant has no locus on this. In view of judgment Tata Motors Ltd. Vs Hazoor Maharaj Baba Des Rajji Chela Baba Dewa Singh ji Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in light of the detailed observation.
