On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that  appearance by the complainant was entered into on 08.05.2018. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
