ORDER

The case is placed before the Upbhokta Lok Adalat held on 25/05/2024 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum, at 10:30 A.M.

            The complainant Sri Ramanada Roy is present. He is duly identified by authorized Ld. Advocate. Copy of relevant Aadhaar Card of the petitioner is also filed.

            This Upbhokta Lok Adalat took initiative. Eventually the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case in this Commission and he prays for withdrawal of the case. The complainant is at liberty to file his complaint afresh on the same cause of action U/S 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 before this Commission.

Hence,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the Case No. CC/02/2020 be and the same is disposed of for non-prosecution.

                  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
