The complainant is absent without step. The o/s shows that the complainant is badly failed to comply with the order of the Commission dated 23/05/17, 25/02/2020 for issue and service of notice on OP No.2. He has been given enough opportunity for the same. But it seems that the complainant is contineously remaining absent before the Commission from 21/09/2018 without step, which clearly indicates his unwillingness to proceed with the case any further.

To avoid unnecessary workload, manpower and time this Commission deems it fit and proper to drop this proceeding for default and non-prosecution of the complainant.

The case is accordingly droped for non-prosecution.
