Petition which is filed by OP.  Ld. Advocate for the OP is present. 

Complainant side has not taken any steps even at 1.45 p.m. when this matter is taken up for consideration.  Heard and considered submission of the Ld. Advocate of OP side.

It appears from the case record that the complainant has not taken any steps since 28.1.2022.  The conduct of the complainant is clearly indicating that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.  So this District commission is of the view that this case is to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

In the result it is accordingly,

That the complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

 No order is passed as to costs.
