Learned counsel for the appellant is present and filed a joint memo stating that,

        “both the parties are agree to settle the matter of Rs.  20,000/- as consolidated amount without any interest and cost.

       Hence necessary order be passed in directing the company to pay Rs. 20,000/- as consolidated amount and disposed of matter          accordingly”.

            Memo be kept in record.

            Learned counsel for the respondent is also present.

            In view of such fact the present appeal is disposed of in terms and condisions of the joint memo.

            Send back the DFR.

             Statutory amount may be refunded to the appellant on proper identification.
