Case posted for forced appearance of the JDR through warrant issued against them. However JDR appears today and paid the award amount to the DHR through DHR counsel and submits for withdrawal order for the warrant issued.

Execution of Order for CC 07/2015 complete and hence no need for the warrant, warrant recalled.
Issue letter to the implementing agency about the recall of warrant for information and necessary action at their end.
